We helped DSGi with the strategic turnaround of the Currys and Currys Digital brands. We were appointed as part of the brand’s ‘Winning New Revenues’ strategy, to refresh the brand identity, store communications and create new concepts for the high street and out of town offers.
The total effect fulfills the brief and brings an exciting new feel to the brand, its communication and store interiors. The new store design looks less cluttered, but in fact carries over 30% more lines in a given space.
Initial customer reaction has been very positive, both to the refreshed identity and new store concepts. Recently reported figures show the high street concept to be trading 25% above the chain.
