We began work with Next in 2006, with a brief to reinvigorate the brand and retail experience, affecting a change to all aspects of the identity.
This work has taken the brand into a more premium visual identity, raising the brand’s perception and creating a store that is easier to shop. Importantly, the ideas are not static and elements and treatments change, addressing seasonal or promotional requirements, whilst constantly refreshing the shopper’s experience.
Our work has been updated in the superbly positive brand statement – the 2009 refurbishment of the Oxford Street store, Aberdeen and Meadowhall – which are the starts of the next phase of design development. Departments are being constantly updated, and new treatments and offers trialled across the portfolio.
